I am Emeritus Professor at the Department of Economics, University of Copenhagen. I was full professor there 2002-2024, and associate professor 1995-2002. Prior to that, I worked at the Danish Economic Council, and I obtained my PhD from University of Aarhus in 1995.
My research has mainly dealt with macroeconomic issues with focus on monetary and fiscal policies.
