Helene is a PhD candidate in Economics at KU Leuven affiliated to the College de France and the LIEPP Sciences Po Paris. She is mainly interested in the interconnection between firms' structural organisation and productivity with a particular focus on the importance of management diversity for innovation and growth. Prior to joining KU Leuven, she studied at Sciences Po Paris and King’s College London.
